Recently, the 8th graders did the ABO grouping during their Biology class, which is a test to determine an individual’s blood type. The students discovered their blood types by a simple technique. In the end, the students were able to:
- Describe the antigens and antibodies for A, B, AB and O blood groupings.
- Identify the universal donor and universal recipient blood types.
- Describe what takes place when incompatible bloods types are mixed.
